2009 KANATA STALLIONS DRAFT PICKS
PHIL DOUCET '93 Protect - RW/LW (Ottawa Valley Titans - OEMHL)
Saw some action last season with the Stallions and looked great. A physical presence with a cannon for a shot. Phil will go through a wall for his team and loves to go through opponents to get the puck. This guy is highly skilled and puts up big numbers. Phil was drafted by the Belleville Bulls of the OHL.
KYLE RANKIN '93 Protect - LW (Ottawa Senators AAA - OEMHL)
A high-flying speedster who loves to drive the net hard. Has excellent offensive capabilities and sees the ice very well. Kyle saw some action with us last year and skated very well - looking forward to seeing his jets this season. Kyle was drafted by the Peterborough Petes of the OHL this year.

- Smooth skating defenceman who brings intensity.
2. Sebastien Parker '92 - LG (Char-Lan Rebels - EOJBHL)

- Big, fast goaltender with quick reflexes and excellent positioning.
3. Dylan Gareau '93 - LC (Upper Canada Cyclones - OEMHL)
- Drafted 3rd round, 28th overall.
- Smart, highly skilled and moves very fast for a six-foot centreman.
4. Kyle Beauchamp-Lalonde '93 - LC (Eastern Ontario Wild - OEMHL)
- Drafted 4th round, 40th overall.
- A very crafty centreman with tremendous speed and a knack for the net.
5. Chris Rutley '91 - RW (Morrisburg Lions - EOJBHL)
- Drafted 5th round, 52nd overall.
- A big, tough right-winger with good hands who plays both ends of the rink.
6. Danny Hincks '91 - D (Char-Lan Rebels - EOJBHL)
- Drafted 6th round, 64th overall.
- Solid d-man who throws bone crunching body checks and is a smooth skater.
7. David Michelin '93 - RW (Ottawa Senators AAA - OEMHL)
- Drafted 7th round, 76th overall.
- A tough power forward with a nose for the cage - hits like a truck.
8. Jamie Quinn '93 - RD (Gloucester Rangers AA - OEMHL)
